About The Reset
An evening designed to give you permission to exhale.

The Reset is an intimate 90-minute evening for professional women who are carrying too much — and have forgotten what it feels like to truly rest.

Combining gentle massage, nervous system regulation, and habit coaching, this experience meets you in your body — not just your mind.

You'll leave with a real understanding of why your body holds stress the way it does, and practical tools to begin shifting it.

Limited to 8 women. Kept small so every person in the room is truly seen and heard. Come as you are.

Floor Mat Nervous System Coaching

CBT-informed psychoeducation taught gently from the mat — 8 sequenced topics to help you understand exactly what's happening inside you.

Group Talk & Shared Reflection

Each topic opens into facilitated discussion. You'll be with women who genuinely understand what you're carrying — and that recognition is healing.

ASMR Meditation & Gentle Massage

The evening closes with 15 minutes of guided ASMR audio and gentle massage — bringing your nervous system fully into rest. You will feel the shift.

After 75 minutes of learning and reflection, we don't end with a handout. We end by landing you fully in your body — with guided ASMR meditation and gentle massage that gives your nervous system full permission to exhale.

What should I wear and bring?+
Wear something loose and comfortable — you'll be on a floor mat. Nothing to prepare or bring. Mats and everything you need will be ready for you.
Is this therapy?+
No. The Reset is a wellness and psychoeducation experience, not a clinical therapy session. It draws from CBT tools to teach and reflect, but is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
Will I have to share personal things in the group?+
Sharing is always invited, never required. You are in complete control of what you choose to share — many women open up naturally as the room relaxes, but there is never any pressure.
What exactly is the ASMR meditation and gentle massage?+
We guide you through a 15-minute ASMR-style audio meditation while gentle massage is offered. You remain fully clothed throughout. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system — full body permission to rest.
Why only 8 women?+
Intentionally. Eight is the number that creates real safety and genuine connection while ensuring every person is truly seen and heard. We will never increase this number.
Do I need any background in wellness or CBT?+
None at all. Everything is taught from the ground up in warm, plain language. This experience will meet you exactly where you are.
